Return & Exchange Policy

Returns & Exchange Policy – V Dharan

At V Dharan, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    • A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Sale items, gift cards, and customized/personalized products (unless defective).

2. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges on items for size or color issues, subject to stock availability.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
